Wind Construction
Challenge:
Wind Construction, a family-friendly remodeling business based in the Bay Area, wanted a website that could convey the simplicity and trustworthiness of their services, making it easier for clients to find and hire them for home remodeling projects.
Their old Squarespace site, while functional on the surface, lacked the professional polish and clarity needed to stand out in a competitive local market. The layout was cluttered, the user experience was inconsistent across devices, and the content failed to communicate their core strengths: personalized service, attention to detail, and decades of experience. Unfortunately, like many small businesses, they didn’t have a webmaster and initially tried to cut corners by using a template-based provider, which led to a generic and ineffective online presence that didn’t reflect their brand or values.
Solution:
We built a clean, user-friendly website that focuses on showcasing Wind Construction’s wide range of services. Key features included project galleries, client testimonials, and easy-to-use service request forms. The design also reflects their approachable, family-oriented values, which set them apart from larger, more bureaucratic companies.
Results:
The new website needed to do more than just look good—it had to build trust. That meant showcasing past projects with high-quality images, incorporating clear calls-to-action, and integrating client testimonials in a meaningful way. The website has improved Wind Construction’s image, creating a strong first impression with potential clients. Additionally, the recent integration of a live chat feature has enhanced customer interaction and streamlined the project intake process.
